Human Resource Management
HRM is concerned with "Managing
people in organisations as effectively as possible for the good of employees,
the company, and society" (Schuler, 2012).In light of the above statement
visit a company in Oman in the private/government sector and write a report (2500
words) covering the following points:
1) Significance of HRM in today's dynamic
business environment,
2) A critical discussion on current
HRM functions in the chosen company highlighting the strengths
and weaknesses of these functions.
3) Suggestions/recommendations for
improvement based on the analysis of the functions in the chosen
organisation.
Marking Criteria for the report is as
