Group Presentation Assignment



Brief: Your action learning set has identified an organisational problem in an organisation of your choice.

Acting as a team of consultants, you will design and deliver a presentation to professional standards containing the following elements:

1.  A brief description of the organisation and its context(introduction about company, mission, vission, company strategy, HR strategy, company product, SWOT analysis)

2.    An analysis of management and leadership within the organization
(management style, leadership style)

Notes:The presentation should last 20 minutes so you can assume that each of the elements above constitute approximately 5 minutes of the allotted time.  The time will be strictly adhered to.

The presentation will be followed by questions both from the chair and the floor.The quality of the responses will be taken into account for the final grade.

Reference to the academic literature must be explicit and presented in Harvard format.
