1 (P5)
You must demonstrate how you have
provided support such as (A)
greeting delegates, (B) checking
equipment, (C) taking notes and
recording attendance and cancellations.
Task
2 (P6)
You should illustrate with examples
different problems you experienced or may experience and explain how to resolve
them or deal with them.
Task
3 (P7)
You
must describe the process to be followed when clearing and vacating the event.
You must include (A) how the event evaluation should be
coordinated, (B) the preparation and
circulation of materials, and (C)
any budgetary reconciliation.
You need to review the success of
the event by explaining (A) how it
went well in terms of its objectives, and (B)
how you were able to organise and support it overall.

5 (M3)
Identify different methods of
evaluation, for example (A) a
questionnaire for delegates or a debriefing session, (B)
explain how they contribute to identifying problems and providing solutions for
future events.
Task
6 (D1)
By
developing the evidence produced for M3 which is the evaluation of the event,
you must make justified recommendations
for improving future events according to what the results of the questionnaire
or the debriefing show.
Task
7 (D2)
Evaluate the feedback you will get
from people who will attend the event and how will you consider the result a
guidance for future events.
